A project from Jai Bharat School in Krosuru, Palnadu district has been chosen for the national Science Inspire competition. Shaikh Rayyan, a student from Jai Bharat School, participated in the district level competition on February 13 and was selected for the state level competition. The state level competition took place from the 11th to the 13th of this month in Palamaneru, Chittoor district.
Out of 306 projects from all districts, 240 projects participated in the state level competition, and 24 projects were chosen for the national level. A panel of three observers from the National Innovation Foundation selected the top 24 student experiments at the national level. Among these students, Shaikh Rayyan, a 9th grade student from Jai Bharat School, was selected. The observers were impressed by the machine that uses solar energy to eradicate weeds in paddy crops without any fuel.
The experiments selected for the national level will be performed in New Delhi in April or May. Shaikh Khadeer served as the guide teacher for Shaikh Rayyan. Jai Bharath School Director Jainendra Reddy, the teaching team, fellow students, and parents congratulated Shaikh Rayyan on his selection for the national level Science Inspire competition.
